The Development and Implimentation of Customized Packaging Design

Fading Ambitions is the culmination of both my design work as well as my ceramic art practice. It is a brand that celebrates the nature of art and creativity while aknowledging and honouring the fleeting nature of success.
The challenge was creating packaging that was fun and playful, while offering a design that inspired curiosity, surprise, and delight.
The packaging uses bright colour and pattern to entice the observer and inspire further engagement. The packaging offers a unique interaction, involving an element of disassembly and secret pockets with extra "goodies" for the buyer inside.
The objects themselves offer a variety of different themes and motifs, often based on traditional nostalgic design styles with a fun and sarcastic twist.
